摘要
基于项目管理周期性的特点,分析了航空公司航班延误的现状及存在的问题。从航空公司、旅客、机场管理角度,分析了航班延误产生的原因,以航班"准备-起飞-巡航-着陆"过程为研究对象,对各个阶段的航班延误情况进行了分析,并提出了各个阶段航班延误的应对策略。
Based on the periodic characteristics of project management, this paper analyzes the cur rent situation and existing problems of airline flight delays. The causes of flight delays are dis cussed from the aspects of airliners, passengers and airport management. Furthermore> the flight process is divided into four stages including preparation, take-off , cruising and landing, and the corresponding flight delays in each stage are analyzed. Finally, the countermeasures for flight de lays at each stage are discussed. The comparative statistical analysis results show that the pro posed method can effectively reduce the flight delay of the civil aviation industry.
