摘要
目的:探讨参芪降糖颗粒联合阿托伐他汀对2型糖尿病合并代谢综合征患者胰岛β细胞功能、胰岛素抵抗和血管内皮细胞功能的影响。方法:选择2型糖尿病合并代谢综合征的患者84例,按照随机数字的方法分为两个组,对照组和观察组,每个组42名患者,对照组患者给予阿托伐他汀钙片,观察组患者在对照组患者基础上给予参芪降糖颗粒,对治疗的效果进行分析。结果:经过治疗后,两组患者的空腹血糖,餐后2 h血糖,糖化血红蛋白,空腹胰岛素,胰岛素分泌指数,胰岛素抵抗指数,血清一氧化氮,血管内皮生长因子的数据均出现改善,观察组患者改善的程度大于对照组患者,数据差异均具有统计学意义(t=4.577,3.938,5.153,2.796,9.894,-7.970,-4.191,8.768,P<0.05),观察组患者的治疗效果优于对照组患者,数据差异具有统计学意义(z=-3.450,P<0.05),两组患者在治疗过程中所出现的各项不良反应发生率的数据差异均不具有统计学意义(χ^2=0.156,1.012,1.012,0.346,P>0.05)。结论:使用参芪降糖颗粒联合阿托伐他汀治疗2型糖尿病合并代谢综合征患者,可以改善胰岛β细胞与血管内皮细胞功能,降低胰岛素抵抗,提升治疗效果,安全性良好。
Objective:To investigate the effects of Shenqi Jiangtang Granules combined with atorvastatin on islet β-cell function, insulin resistance and vascular endothelial cell function in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus complicated with metabolic syndrome. Methods:Eighty-four patients with type 2 diabetes and metabolic syndrome were selected. According to the random number method, the patients were divided into the control group and the observation group, with 42 patients in each group. Patients in the control group were given atorvastatin calcium tablets, while those in the observation group were given Shenqi Jiangtang Granules on the basis of the control group, and the therapeutic effect was analyzed. Result:After treatment, two groups’ fasting blood glucose, postprandial 2 h blood sugar, glycated hemoglobin, fasting insulin, insulin secretion index, insulin resistance index, serum nitric oxide and vascular endothelial growth factor data were improved. The degree of improvement in the observation group was greater than that of the control group, and the difference of the data was statistically significant(t=4.577, 3.938, 5.153, 2.796, 9.894,-7.970,-4.191, 8.768, P<0.05). The treatment effect of the observation group was better than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(z=-3.450, P<0.05). The differences in the incidence of adverse reactions in the two groups were not statistically significant(χ^2=0.156, 1.012, 1.012, 0.346,P>0.05). Conclusion:The use of Shenqi Jiangtang Granule and atorvastatin in the treatment of type 2 diabetes combined with metabolic syndrome can improve the function of islet beta cells and vascular endothelial cells, reduce insulin resistance, improve the therapeutic effect, and has good safety.
