摘要
目的探究外伤性颅内出血在重症医学科保守诊治过程中的临床实践效果。方法择取我院2017年6月至2018年6月54例外伤性颅内出血患者为研究对象进行回顾性分析,对患者治疗前后的效果进行对比。结果重症医学科在对外伤性颅内出血患者进行保守治疗后,死亡1例,植物生存1例,高残3例,中残3例,痊愈46例,治疗效果显著优于治疗前,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论保守治疗方法对外伤性颅脑出血患者具有良好的治疗效果,在保守治疗的过程中,医护人员应对患者的生命体征进行全面观察,减少病人出现各种并发症的概率。从而此种方法对临床医学的发展具有十分重要的影响,应在临床中被医护人员广泛推广,使外伤性颅内出血患者尽快恢复到健康的模式中,出院时间提前。
Objective To explore the clinical practice effects of conservative treatment in ICU in the treatment of traumatic intracranial hemorrhage.Methods Retrospective analysis was conducted in this paper.54 patients with traumatic intracranial hemorrhage who were treated in Changyi People's Hospital from June 2017 to June 2018 were selected for study.The condition of the patients was compared before and after treatment.Results After the patients were treated with conservative treatment in ICU,one patient died,one patient survived in persistent vegetative state, three patients were highly disabled,three patients were moderately disabled,and 46 patients were cured.Therefore, the condition of the patients after treatment was significantly better than that before treatment.The difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion Conservative treatment enjoys marked effects in the treatment of patients with traumatic intracranial hemorrhage.During conservative treatment,medical staff shall comprehensively observe the vital signs of the patients and reduce the probability of various complications.Therefore,conservative treatment has a very important influence on the development of clinical medicine,and shall be widely applied by medical staff in clinical practice.In this way,the patients with traumatic intracranial hemorrhage can recover as soon as possible and accelerate hospital discharge.
