摘要
粟胜勇教授认为,虚不受补之证主要责之于经络不通,包括因虚致经络不通、因"邪气凑"致经络不通、因补益不当加重经络不通,故临床实践中强调应先调气活血祛瘀以通经络,然后补益。临床中辨证选取具有调气活血作用的腧穴,灵活使用电针疗法、刺络拔罐疗法等先调气活血通络,然后采用艾条灸联合艾炷灸以补虚,治疗过程中注重以神调气、调补脾肾等。
Professor SU thinks the meridian impassability is the main responsibility of leading to eficiency syndromes which can not remedy. The reasons lead to meridians impassability are because three aspects. First, the vital qi can not remedy meridians. Second, pathogenic qi clog meridians. Third, tonify deficiency with wrong ways. Therefore, professor SU thinks that we should unobstruted meridians first and then remedy by acupuncture and moxibustion. Its concrete operations mainly include these ways: First, select those acupoints which can adjust qi and blood. Second, use the therapys of electroacupuncture and bleeding and cupping first in this way, which can unobstruted meridians. And then combined the moxa roll moxibustion and little cylindrical moxibustion to remedy. Also at the same time, doctors should focus on use his or her own spirit to adiust patient’s spirit and qi. In additionly, we should also remedy the vital qi of spleen and stomach.
