摘要
目的对比美托洛尔、卡维地洛两类药物应用在慢性心力衰竭治疗中发挥的临床疗效.方法将88例慢性心力衰竭患者随机分为44例对照组和44例试验组,对照组应用美托洛尔治疗,试验组应用卡维地洛治疗,比较两种治疗方法的疗效.结果试验组总有效率90.91%高于对照组77.27%,试验组LVEF(53.21±5.77)%高于对照组(47.36±5.39)%,LVEDD(2.23±0.31)mm低于对照组(3.58±0.41)mm,且P<0.05.结论相比于美托洛尔,卡维地洛治疗慢性心力衰竭疗效更为显著.
Objective To compare the clinical efficacy of metoprolol and carvedilol in the treatment of chronic heart failure. Methods 88 patients with chronic heart failure were randomly divided into 44 control group and 44 test group. The group was treated with metoprolol. The experimental group was treated with carvedilol. The efficacy of the two treatment methods was compared. Results The total effective rate of the experimental group was 90.91% higher than that of the control group (77.27%), and the experimental group was LVEF (53.21±5.77)% high. In the control group (47.36±5.39)%, LVEDD (2.23±0.31) mm was lower than the control group (3.58±0.41) mm, and P<0.05. Conclusion Carvedilol was used to treat chronic heart failure compared with metoprolol. The effect is more significant.
