摘要
目的探析微生物检验在感染性疾病患者预防及诊断治疗中的应用价值。方法随机选取2017年1月至2018年12月本院接收的尿路感染患者100例,培养中段尿,并将100株大肠埃希氏菌有效分离出。随机划分两组,对照组(n=50)未实施任何处理,研究组(n=50)开展微生物检验,统计各组菌株感染控制状况。结果在重度感染、中度感染、轻度感染方面,对照组分别是26%、40%和34%,研究组分别是10%、20%和70%,研究组较对照组更优,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论医院感染控制中,微生物检验具有重要作用,而且应用价值高,在监测病原菌及预测传播途径方面效果突出,值得进一步采纳、推广。
Objective To analyze the application value of microbiological examination in the prevention,diagnosis and treatment of patients with infectious diseases. Methods A total of 100 patients with urinary tract infections received by our hospital from January to February 2018 were randomly selected to culture mid-stage urine and 100 Escherichia coli isolates were effectively isolated. The two groups were randomly divided into two groups.The control group(n=50) did not perform any treatment. The study group(n=50) carried out microbiological tests and statistically checked the infection control status of each group. Results In the severe infection, moderate infection, mild infection, the control group was 26%, 40% and 34%, respectively, the study group was 10%, 20% and 70%, respectively,the study group was better than the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion In the control of nosocomial infections, microbiological testing plays an important role, and its application value is high.It has outstanding effects in monitoring pathogens and predicting transmission routes, and it is worthy of further adoption and promotion.
