摘要
通过近年来对海外EPC项目质量管理的理解,分析了该模式下项目质量管理的特点和风险,并对海外电力EPC总承包项目质量管理提出了一些优化措施。希望有助于解决现有质量管理中存在的风险和问题,优化质量管理流程,切实提高海外项目的质量管理水平。
This paper analyzes the characteristics and risks of project quality management under EPC model through the understanding of overseas EPC project quality management in recent years,and puts forward some optimization measures for the quality management of EPC general contracting electric power projects overseas.It is hoped to help solve the risks and problems existing in the quality management,optimize the quality management process,and effectively improve the quality management level of overseas projects.
