摘要
利用ABAQUS对GH4169高温合金薄壁板的固有频率和振型进行仿真分析,研究试件厚度、高度以及不同约束条件对振动特性的影响。结果表明:同一阶模态时,固有频率随高度的增加而下降,随厚度的增加而上升;相较于薄壁件高度的影响,薄壁板的厚度对固有频率的影响更大;在不同的约束条件下对同一阶模态,四边约束固有频率最高,单边约束固有频率最低;约束条件对试件的振型影响很大。研究结果有利于GH4169高温合金材料的切削加工用量选择。
The natural frequency and vibration mode of GH4169 high temperature with thin wall were simulated by ABAQUS,The effects of thickness,height and different constraints on the vibration characteristics of the specimens were studied. The research results show that,in the same mode,the natural frequency decreases with the increase of height and increases with the increase of thickness. Compared with the influence of the height of thin-walled plates,the thickness has more influence on the natural frequency. For the same mode with different constraint conditions,the natural frequency of four-side constraint is the highest and that of one-side constraint is the lowest. The constraint condition has great influence on the vibration mode of the specimen. The results are beneficial to the selection of cutting parameters of GH4169 superalloy.
