摘要
某石化公司9800焦炭塔是国内最大的焦炭塔,塔裙连接处采用一种新型的板焊结构,投入使用的一年内,塔裙连接处的应力槽部位出现裂纹。由于生产工艺的要求,焦炭塔的操作条件特别苛刻,因此,对于塔的动力学分析,尤其是进行模态分析得到其固有频率和振型是非常必要的。针对该塔进行模态分析,求得相应的固有频率和振动形式,从而全面地了解结构在操作过程中的自振特性,为进一步分析焦炭塔的动力学响应奠定了基础。
The Ф9800 coke drum of a petrochemical company was the largest one in China. the tower used a new welded structure to link the tower and skirt. After being put into use for a year, it was found that there were cracks near the stress relief slots. The operating conditions of coke drum were particularly harsh because of the production process requirements. Therefore, it was necessary for coke drum to con- duct dynamic analysis, especially the modal analysis which aimed to get its natural frequenci modes. The appropriate natural frequencies and vibration modes were obtained by modal analysis coke drum, resulting in an overall understanding of the structure vibration characteristics during tion, which laid the foundation for further dynamic response analysis of coke drum. es and of the opera-tion,which laid the foundation for further dynamic response analysis of coke drum.
