摘要
对发生明显鼓胀变形的焦炭塔进行了表面检查、筒壁厚度测量、X-射线检测(RT)、渗透检测(PT)、硬度测定、机械性能测试、化学成分分析、金相分析。并按照GB150—89《钢制压力容器》国家标准中有关低中压薄壁容器的规定,对其筒壁厚度、筒壁应力、许用操作压力进行了校核。检测和分析结果表明,筒体的最大鼓胀量已达到260 mm;材质显微组织发生了中度球化,其球化级别为4级。但在筒壁厚度、筒壁应力、以及最大允许操作压力方面都有很大的安全裕度。该焦炭塔完全可以在严格遵守规定的操作条件下,监控使用一个检修周期(即3 a)。
For obvious bulging deformed coking tower, the surface detection, wall thickne.ss measurement, X - ray testing (RT), penetrative testing (PT), hardness measurement, mechanical test, chemical composition analysis, and metallographic examination were made. According to the standard from GB150-89 "steel pressure vessels" about thin- wall vessels with low and medium pressure, the wall thickness, stress, and permissible operating pressure of the coking tower were verified. Testing and analysis result shows that the maximum of bulging deformation of coking tower reaches 260 mm; the material of tower spheroidizes and reaches the fourth grade. But the wall thickness, the stress, and the operating pressure of the coking tower are very .safe. Under the circumstance of complying with specified operating condition, based on estimation of its life, the coking tower can be used for one examine- and repair period (three years).
