摘要
应用Ansys有限元分析软件,以焦炭塔原始数据为边界条件建立有限元模型,分析了焦炭塔塔壁各主要操作阶段的温度场和热应力场,结果表明:①各阶段存在一定温差,在蒸汽试压及油气预热时其最大温差点出现在上封头接管和封头的相贯线上很小的局部范围内,其它部位最大温差不超过105℃。②以升温过程和降温过程中的最大壁温差2种工况计算的应变变化最大值点位于焊缝下熔合线上,在一个循环周期中沿塔高度方向的最大总应变为1 857×10-6,最小总应变为-983×10-6。
Analytic models for transient temperature field were set up, based on theory of finite element. Good use of the powerful software Ansys was made to the calculation of the temperature fields and thermal stress fields on different stages in its operation,the result shows: (1)the thermoelectric has occurred all operation stages, but the largest thermoelectric occurred on the pressure test by stream and preheating by oil gas. (2)the largest strain is 1 857 × 10^-6 ,the smallest is -983 × 10^- 6 ,it occurred on the heat affect zone of the welding during rise and falling temperature in two working condition.
