摘要
喉口斑组织病理学差异大,病理结果不同其治疗方式不同。既往主要是通过普通电子喉镜检查病变,但并不能明显提高诊断率,病理学检查是金标准,但活检后影响手术医师对病变深度做出正确评估。电子染色技术是近年来内镜检查中的一项新技术,主要包括内镜窄带成像技术和智能分光比色技术,其可以精确观察黏膜的细微结构变化,增强病灶组织与周围正常组织结构及细微血管的对比度,为提高内镜诊断的准确率提供了一种全新的途径,同时能够对病变组织的性质做出预评估,不劣于病理学检查。现结合文献报道对电子染色技术在喉白斑诊断中的应用做一综述。
There are great differences in histopathological pathology of laryngeal leukoplasty. Different pathological results have different treatment methods. The lesion was mainly examined by ordinary electronic laryngoscope, but it could not obviously improve the diagnosis rate in the past. The pathological examination was the gold standard, but the biopsy affected the surgeon to make a correct assessment of the depth of the lesion. Electronic dyeing technology is a new technique used in endoscopy in recent years, which mainly includes narrow band imaging and flexible spectral imaging color enhancement. It can accurately observe the subtle structural changes of mucosa, enhance the contrast between lesion tissue and surrounding normal tissue structure and fine blood vessels, provide a new way to improve the accuracy of endoscopic diagnosis, and make a pre-evaluation of the nature of the lesion tissue, which not inferior to pathological examination. The application of electronic staining technology in the diagnosis of leukoplakia of larynx is reviewed in this paper.
