早期胃癌内镜联合诊断技术研究进展 被引量:17

摘要 早期胃癌预后较好,进展期胃癌预后较差,因此胃癌的早期诊断成为决定患者预后的关键。内镜下黏膜活检是目前诊断胃癌最可靠的手段,但大多早期胃癌因其病变不典型,通过普通内镜检查难以识别,难以准确取材,活检多有盲目性,早期胃癌易被漏诊、误诊,如何提高早期胃癌的检出率和诊断率已成为国内外研究的热点。本文就不同内镜检查早期胃癌的优缺点及早期胃癌内镜联合诊断进展做一综述。 Incidence rate of gastric cancer ranks forth in the world.The prognosis of early gastric cancer has more advantage than that of the advanced gastric cancer.So,the early diagnosis of gastric cancer has become very important for the prognosis of patients.Guided by endoscopic mucosal random biopsy is the most reliable means to diagnose the gastric cancer,but it is difficult to find out most of the early gastric cancers by ordinary endoscope.Therefore,how to improve the diagnostic rate of early gastric cancer has become a hot issue of research in the world.Here,the effective combination application of endoscope in the diagnosis of early gastric cancer is summarized and discussed to improve the detection rate of early gastric cancer.
