摘要
支气管哮喘通常以气道慢性炎症为主要特征,其发病机制包括气道炎症、气道高反应性以及气道重塑等。转化生长因子β受体介导的信号转导通路在其中发挥了重要的作用,本文主要综述了近年来转化生长因子β受体介导的信号转导通路与支气管哮喘的关系进展。
Bronchial asthma is generally characterized by chronic airway inflammation, its pathogenesis includes airway inflammation, airway hyperresponsiveness, airway remodeling and so on. The signal transduction pathway mediated by transforming growth factor β(TGF-β) receptor plays an important role in it. This paper mainly reviews the recent progress in the relationship between the signal transduction pathway mediated by TGF-β receptor and bronchial asthma.
