摘要
目的探讨孟鲁司特钠片联合布地奈德鼻喷雾剂治疗过敏性鼻炎的效果。方法选取2016年2月~2018年3月我院收治的114例过敏性鼻炎患者作为研究对象,按照单双号分组法将其分为观察组和对照组,每组各57例。观察组患者使用孟鲁司特钠片联合布地奈德鼻喷雾剂进行治疗,对照组患者单独使用布地奈德鼻喷雾剂进行治疗,比较两组患者药物治疗的效果、治疗前后临床症状积分和血液学指标改善情况及不良反应发生情况。结果观察组患者的临床治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组患者的临床症状积分明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组患者的白介素-4(IL-4)和免疫球蛋白E(IgE)水平均低于对照组,干扰素-γ(IFN-γ)水平明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组与对照组患者治疗期间的不良反应总发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论孟鲁司特钠片联合布地奈德鼻喷雾剂治疗过敏性鼻炎的效果,优于单独使用布地奈德鼻喷雾剂进行治疗,它的临床疗效确切,可提高患者的临床治疗有效率,改善患者的临床症状,调节患者的细胞免疫功能,且患者的不良反应发生率低,安全性较高。
Objective To explore the effect of Montelukast Sodium Tablets combined with Budesonide Nasal Spray on allergic rhinitis.Methods A total of 114 patients with allergic rhinitis admitted to our hospital from February 2016 to March 2018 were selected as the research objects.They were divided into observation group and control group according to the single and double number grouping method.The observation group were treated with Montelukast Sodium Tablets combined with Budesonide Nasal Spray,and the control group were treated with Budesonide Nasal Spray alone.The effect of drug treatment,clinical symptom score,improvement of hematology index and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).After treatment,the score of clinical symptoms in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of interleukin-4 (IL-4) and immunoglobulin E (IgE) in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the levels of interferon-γ(IFN-γ) were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the observation group and the control group (P>0.05).Conclusion The clinical efficacy of Montelukast Sodium Tablets combined with Budesonide Nasal Spray in the treatment of allergic rhinitis is better than that of Budesonide Nasal Spray alone.It can improve the clinical treatment efficiency,improve the clinical symptoms and adjust the patient′s clinical symptoms.The patients′ cellular immune function,and the incidence of adverse reactions in patients is low,and the safety is high.
