摘要
结合高职软件专业的特点,分析了软件专业人才培养模式存在的问题,提出校企合作模式下校企共同制定课程体系、采用企业培训授课模式、建立校企合作研发所、建设“双师型”师资队伍以及校企共同制定顶岗实习标准等软件人才培养新模式,为学校培养适合软件行业需求的专业人才提供借鉴。
In view of the characteristics of software specialties in higher vocational colleges and the problems existing in the training mode of software professionals, this paper puts forward a school-enterprise cooperated software professionals training new mode, which includes working out curriculum system with school-enterprise cooperation, adopting enterprise training teaching mode, establishing a research and development institute for school-enterprise cooperation, building a "double-teacher" teaching team and drafting standards for post practice, providing schools with reference to train professionals suitable for the needs of the software industry.
