摘要
目的分析老年股骨颈骨折行OCM微创小切口全髋关节置换术的治疗效果。方法90例老年股骨颈骨折患者,随机分为对照组和研究组,每组45例。对照组予以常规髋关节置换术,研究组予以OCM微创小切口全髋关节置换术。比较两组临床手术相关指标及生活质量。结果研究组手术切口(8.56±0.83)cm、手术时间(81.23±12.46)min、出血量(136.03±80.46)ml及疼痛评分(2.12±0.69)分均优于对照组的(14.06±1.68)cm、(92.58±10.92)min、(308.56±92.74)ml及(3.35±0.97)分,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组患者的精神状况、社会功能、生理功能、总体健康评分均高于本组治疗前,且研究组高于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论老年股骨颈骨折患者应用OCM微创小切口全髋关节置换术治疗,能缩小手术切口,减少出血量,降低术后疼痛评分,并有效提升患者预后生活质量。
Objective To analyze the treatment effect of OCM minimally invasive small incision total hip arthroplasty in the treatment of femoral neck fracture in the elderly. Methods A total of 90 elderly patients with femoral neck fracture were randomly divided into control group and research group, with 45 cases in each group. The control group received conventional hip arthroplasty and the research group received OCM minimally invasive small incision total hip arthroplasty. The clinical surgical related indicators and quality of life in two groups was compared. Results After treatment, the research group had better surgical incision as(8.56±0.83) cm, operation time as(81.23±12.46) min, amount of hemorrhage as(136.03±80.46) ml and pain score as(2.12±0.69) points than(14.06±1.68) cm,(92.58±10.92) min,(308.56±92.74) ml and(3.35±0.97) points in the control group, and their difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). After treatment, both groups had higher mental status, social function, physiological function and general health score than those before treatment, and the research group was higher than the control group. Their difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion The application of OCM minimally invasive small incision total hip arthroplasty in elderly patients with femoral neck fracture can reduce the surgical incision, reduce the amount of hemorrhage and lower post-operative pain score, and effectively improve prognostic quality of life of patients.
