摘要
目的分析自由体位分娩方法对于促进自然分娩,降低剖宫产发生率的影响。方法选择佳木斯市中心医院接收的108例产妇作为研究对象,随机分为常规分娩组和自由体位分娩组。常规分娩组实行常规的分娩护理方式;自由体位分娩组应用自由体位进行分娩,比较两组分娩效果。结果常规分娩组的自然分娩和剖宫产产妇分别占59.26%和40.74%;自由体位分娩组的自然分娩和剖宫产产妇分别占88.89%和11.11%,两组差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组的第一、第二产程时间进行比较,自由体位分娩组明显优于常规分娩组,两组差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论临床产妇通过自由体位方式进行分娩,能够有效提高自然分娩率,降低剖宫产的发生率,缩短产程的时间,确保产妇和新生儿的生命安全,值得推广。
Objective To analyze the effect of free position delivery on promoting natural delivery and reducing the incidence of cesarean section.Methods 108 parturients in Jiamusi Central Hospitalwere randomly divided into routine delivery group and free position delivery group.The routine delivery group received routine delivery nursing,while the free position delivery group received free position.The delivery effects of the two groups were compared.Results Natural delivery and cesarean section accounted for 59.26% and 40.74% in routine delivery group,88.89% and 11.11% in free position delivery group,respectively.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with the first and second stages of labor,the free position delivery group was significantly better than the conventional delivery group,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P <0.05).Conclusion Free posture delivery can effectively improve the natural delivery rate,reduce the incidence of cesarean section, shorten the labor time,and ensure the safety of maternal and neonatal life.So it is worth promoting.
