摘要
根据纺黏非织造牵伸器的特点和喷射流场的特征,采用粒子图像测速仪对纺黏牵伸器的喷射流场进行了试验测试,同时,相应列出用喷射流场的理论模型有关理论和方法所获得的计算数值模拟结果,并对数值模拟结果和试验结果进行比较。最后对5种设计的牵伸器的几何形状及气流速度沿牵伸器长度方向分布情况进行了分析。
According to the characteristics of spunbonded non-woven drafter and jet flow field, the jet flow field of spunbonded non-woven drafter was tested by particle image velocimeter. At the same time, the numerical simulation results obtained by the theory and method of jet flow field were listed, and the numerical simulation results and experimental results were also given. Comparisons were made. Finally, the geometrical shape and airflow velocity distribution along the length direction of five kinds of drafters are analyzed.
