摘要
从热轧及冷轧工艺参数与设备运行情况入手,分析了DP980高强双相钢冷轧环节带钢头部和尾部厚度波动大的原因。认为热轧带钢在冷却过程中组织及性能差异,是造成带钢头部与尾部厚度波动的主要原因。采用U型冷却方式后,热轧带钢组织和性能更加均匀,避免了带钢长度方向的强度差异造成的冷轧厚度波动。
Starting from the hot rolling and cold rolling process parameters and equipment operation,the reasons for the large fluctuation of strip head and tail thickness in the cold rolling process of DP980 high strength dual phase steel were analyzed.It is considered that the difference in structure and properties of hot rolled strip during cooling process is the main reason for the thickness fluctuation of strip head and tail.The structure and properties of hot rolled strip are more uniform after U-shaped cooling,which avoids the thickness fluctuation of cold rolled caused by the strength difference in the length direction of strip.
