摘要
目的探讨肌内效贴(KT)治疗急性脑卒中患者吞咽障碍的疗效。方法选取2016年1月至2017年5月该院康复医学科收治的急性脑卒中患者108例作为研究对象,根据治疗方式不同分为观察组(n=56)与对照组(n=52)。对照组给予常规康复训练和基础口腔训练方法,观察组在对照组基础上再给予KT的口腔训练方法,比较各组在治疗前后的Frenchay构音障碍评定法、采用GUSS及生活质量评定吞咽功能。结果治疗8周后观察组总缓解率(96.53%)高于对照组(84.62%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗前GUSS吞咽功能障碍评分、Frenchay构音障碍评分、日常生活能力评分比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗4、8周后观察组GUSS吞咽功能障碍评分、Frenchay构音障碍评分、日常生活能力评分均显著高于对照组患者(P<0.05)。结论KT辅助治疗急性脑卒中患者可显著改善患者的吞咽功能及预后。
Objective To explore the efficacy of kinesio taping(KT)in the treatment of dysphagia in patients with acute stroke.Methods A total of 108 patients with acute stroke who were admitted to the Department of Rehabilitation Medicine from January 2016 to May 2017 were enrolled in the observation group(n=56)and the control group(n=52).The control group was given routine rehabilitation training and basic oral training methods.The observation group was given KT oral training method on the basis of the control group.Before and after treatment,the Frenchay dysarthria assessment method,the swallowing function was assessed by GUSS and quality of life were compared.Results After 8 weeks of treatment,the total response rate in the observation group(96.53%)was higher than that in the control group(84.62%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There were no significant differences in the GUSS swallowing dysfunction score,Frenchay dysarthria score,and daily living ability score between the two groups(P>0.05).After 4 and 8 weeks of treatment,the GUSS swallowing dysfunction score,the Frenchay dysarthria score and daily living ability score were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion KTassisted treatment of acute stroke patients can significantly improve the patient′s swallowing function and prognosis.
