摘要
目的:探析在青光眼治疗方案选择中超声生物显微镜检查的应用价值。方法:本次研究对象为笔者所在医院2018年1-12月接收的100例青光眼患者,均接受超声生物显微镜检查。依据检查结果,给予不同的治疗方案。结果:100例患者(198只眼)中25例(50只眼)为开角型青光眼;40只眼检查提示为虹膜根部膨隆,巩膜突部分被遮挡;81只眼检查提示为虹膜根部膨隆,前房浅,巩膜突全部被遮挡;27只眼检查提示为虹膜根部膨隆,前房极浅,巩膜突全部被遮挡,为睫状体浅脱离。采取不同治疗方案后随访,眼压控制理想。结论:根据超声生物显微镜检查结果对青光眼治疗方法进行选择,有助于治疗效果的提高,值得采纳并推广。
Objective:To explore the value of ultrasound biological microscope in the treatment of glaucoma.Method:100 cases of glaucoma in this study were received in our hospital from January to December 2018.All patients were examined by ultrasound biological microscope.According to the examination results,different therapeutic methods were given.Result:Of 100 cases(198 eyes),25 cases(50 eyes) were open angle glaucoma.40 eyes showed iris root swelling,and the scleral process were partially occluded.81 eyes showed iris root swelling,shallow anterior chamber,scleral process were completely occluded.27 eyes showed iris root swelling,very shallow anterior chamber,scleral process were completely occluded,which is shallow detachment of ciliary body.Followed-up after different therapeutic method showed that intraocular pressure control was ideal.Conclusion:According to the results of ultrasound biological microscope,the selection of therapeutic methods for glaucoma is helpful to improve the therapeutic effect.It is worthy of adoption and promotion.
