摘要
分析了液相色谱仪检定过程中出现的多种异常峰。分别对噪声不规律、无峰、小峰、宽峰、双峰、拖尾峰、伸舌峰、负峰等问题进行具体分析。针对不同的异常峰,分别对储液系统、泵系统、进样系统、检测系统以及数据处理等进行检测,提出相应的处理方法。该方法提高了工作效率,具有参考价值。
Various abnormal peaks in the calibration process of liquid chromatography were analyzed. The problems of noise irregularity, no peak, small peak, wide peak, double peak, tail peak, tongue peak and negative peak were analyzed in detail. According to the different abnormal peaks, the liquid storage system, pump system, sampling system, detection system and data processing were tested respectively, and the corresponding processing methods were put forward. This method improves work efficiency and has reference value.
