摘要
作为全国首批10个地下综合管廊试点城市之一,十堰市地下综合管廊PPP项目建设范围广、涉及人口多、投资金额大、建设周期长,对当地敏感而脆弱的山地人居环境有较大影响。文章基于人居环境科学理论研究框架,分析了该重点基础设施项目建设对十堰市人居环境的利与弊,探讨了对当地人居环境建设与发展可能产生的影响。
As one of the first 10 pilot cities of underground utility tunnel in China,the PPP project of Shiyan underground utility tunnel covers a wide range of areas,involves a large population,takes a large amount of investment and needs a long construction cycle,which has a significant impact on the sensitive and fragile mountainous city human settlements system.Based on the theory of human settlement science,this paper analyses the advantages and disadvantages of the core project construction on the human settlement in Shiyan,and explores the possible impact on the construction and development of the local human settlement.
