摘要
“一带一路”形成了六大国际经济合作走廊,覆盖了我国大部分少数民族地区,打开了少数民族对外开放的新格局,促进了少数民族经济发展的新跨越,更掀开了少数民族职业教育国际化的新篇章。要更好地实现少数民族职业教育国际化,一要加大对少数民族免费师范生的培养力度,为少数民族地区的职业教育输送更多的优秀教师;二要加大对少数民族职教师资的投入力度,打造优质的职业教育国际化师资队伍;三要整合资源,根据地区优势成立职教集团或职教联盟,提升职教水平;四要优化人才培养方案,开展国际合作,更好地培养所需人才;五要建立国际公认的、通用的人才培养体系,提高人才培养效率。
The belt and road has formed the six major international economic cooperation corridors,which involve in many China’s ethnic minority areas and open up a new pattern of ethnic minorities o-pening to the outside world.Similarly,it will promote a new leap in the economic development of ethnic minorities,and create a new chapter in the internationalization of ethnic minority vocational education.To realize the internationalization of vocational education for minority nationalities,it is necessary to cultivate minority free normal students and provide more excellent teachers for vocational education in minority areas.Also,it is important to increase investment in minority vocational faculty so as to build a high-quality internationalized teaching team.On the other hand,it is essential to integrate resources to achieve regional advantages,build vocational education alliances and improve the level of vocational education.Finally,it is crucial to optimize the talent cultivation programs and carry out international cooperation.The purpose is to establish an internationally recognized and universal talent cultivation system and improve the efficiency.
