摘要
本研究在文献综述和专家访谈的基础上构建了健康体适能评价指标,通过15周健康体适能干预得出了各项指标在干预前后的差异,并依据数据建立了大学生健康体适能干预评价方程去诊断需要干预的学生人群。研究结果如下:1.经过15周健康体适能干预,干预组学生在体脂率、腰围和腰臀比上存在非常显著性差异P﹤0.01;在最大摄氧量、12分钟跑距离、一分钟仰卧起坐、俯卧撑、立定跳远、引体向上和坐位体前屈上存在显著性差异P﹤0.05;2.体脂率、最大摄氧量、坐位体前屈和立定跳远成绩四项指标可以用来评价我国大学生健康体适能水平;3.依据判别函数分析建立的健康体适能干预评价方程,通过回带法与刀切法去检验需要干预对象结果,对干预预测的一致性判断达到83%以上,可以用来判断学生是否需要进行健康体适能干预。研究结论:经过15周健康体适能干预课程,被干预学生的健康体适能水平整体提高比较明显,对更好的促进学习和面对学业与生活压力有很好的作用,健康体适能干预课程可以在大学里面进行推广,让更多的学生从中受益。
This study establishes the physical fitness evaluation index mostly based on the literature and expert review. The aim of the study is to observe the difference before and after intervention through the15 weeks physical fitness intervention practice, and to establish the college students’ health fitness intervention evaluation equation to diagnose students who needs to intervention groups established according to the data. The results show that:1, After15 weeks of physical intervention, the intervention group has very significant difference P < 0.01 in body fat, waist circumference and waist-hip ratio;as well as in VO2max,12 minutes running distance, one minute sit ups, push ups, long jump, pull ups and body fat ratio difference of P < 0.05;2, The rate of body fat, VO2max, body fat ratio and long jump can be used to evaluate Chinese college students' physical fitness level.3, On the basis of body health fitness intervention evaluation equation built through discriminant function analysis, the intervention object results are tested through test back method and jackknife method, and the consistency of the judgment of predicted intervention has reached more than 83%, which can be used to judge whether the students need for health fitness intervention. Conclusions: after15 weeks of intervention of health fitness course, the overall fitness level of interval students has been improves obviously, which helps the promotion of academic learning and facing pressures from learning and life. Health and physical fitness intervention practice could be well spread in college to benefit more students.
