摘要
建立了果汁中有机磷农药(OPPs)残留的搅拌棒吸附萃取(SBSE)-热脱附(TD)-气相色谱-质谱(GCMS)联用测定方法。对萃取体积、pH值、搅拌速度、搅拌时间、温度及加盐量等对搅拌棒萃取效率有影响的因素进行了研究。在优化的实验条件下,29种有机磷农药在0.05~5.0mg/L质量浓度范围内呈良好线性关系,相关系数(r)>0.9901,29种有机磷农药的检出限(S/N=3)为0.02~1.24μg/L。将该方法应用于新鲜葡萄汁、蓝莓汁样品中的有机磷农药残留分析,加标回收率为5.1%~65.9%,相对标准偏差(RSD,n=6)为3.0%~11.5%。该方法简单,准确,灵敏高和选择性好,可满足果汁样品中痕量有机磷农药的测定要求,为有机磷农药的残留分析提供了新的技术平台。
SBSE conditions such as extraction volume,pH,temperature,agitation speed,extraction time and modifier addition,were researched.The method showed good linearity over the concentration range from 0.05 to 5.0 mg/L for all analytes,and the correlation coefficients(r)were more than 0.9901.The limit of detection(LOD)ranged from 0.02 to 1.24μg/L.OPPs in fresh grape and blueberry juice were determined,the recoveries were in the range of 5.1%-65.9%for the spiked samples and RSDs(n=6)were in the range of 3.0%-11.5%.This method is simple,accurate,sensitive and more selective.
