摘要
对我国油料中农药残留限量和检测技术现状与发展趋势做了综述。我国油料中农药残留限量与美国、欧盟等发达国家和组织差距很大,检测技术也相对落后。我国油料农药残留分析前处理多采用浸泡振荡、超声波提取和液-液分配、柱层析等传统方法,存在提取效率低,净化不彻底问题,导致检测结果精确度偏低。利用超临界萃取(SFE)和凝胶渗透色谱(GPC)等新型前处理技术实现对油料中农药残留的充分提取和净化,是未来油料中农药残留检测的发展趋势。
Maximum residue limit standards and analytical methods for pesticide residue in oilseeds were reviewed in this paper. The methods for sample extraction and cleaning up included vibration after immersion, uhrasonic treatment, liquid -liquid partition and column chromatography. New extraction and cleaning up techniques such as SFE and GPC combined with GC/MS, HPLC/MS would be widely applied for pesticide residue detection in oilseeds in the future.
