基于虚拟仪器的电力电子变换器实验系统

摘要 由于实际应用中的工作环境恶劣,电力电子变换器的工作状态不便于直接测量。随着虚拟仪器技术的不断进步及在数据可视化方面的广泛应用,可以通过虚拟仪器对电力电子变换器的工作状态进行监测。本文以光伏发电的逆变电路为研究对象,采用相应的传感器对输入侧的电压和电流、输出侧的电压和电流以及整体环境温度进行实时采集,并将信号经过调理电路处理后传给数字信号处理器,同时搭建下位机与上位机的通信,最后结合虚拟仪器LabVIEW对电压、电流和温度进行可视化处理,由此设计了一种状态监测实验系统。该系统能够稳定运行,并实现超限报警功能。 Due to the harsh working environment in practical engineering applications,the working state of power electronic converter is not convenient for direct measurement. With the continuous advancement of virtual instrument technology and the its wide application in data visualization,the working state of power electronic converter can be monitored by virtual instrument. In this paper,the inverter circuit of photovoltaic power generation is taken as the research object. The corresponding sensor is used to collect the voltage and the current on the input side,the voltage and current on the output side and the overall ambient temperature in real time,and the signal is processed by the conditioning circuit then transmitted to the digital signal. The processor,meanwhile,establishes the communication between the lower machine and upper computer. Finally,the virtual instrument LabVIEW is used to visualize the voltage, current and temperature,and a state monitoring experiment system is designed. The system is stable and operates with an over-limit alarm.
