摘要
文章提出一种以IRF840为核心的单相交直交变频系统逆变电路仿真模型,并对该电路频率性能进行了仿真.仿真结果表明:正弦波频率小于三角波频率时,输出电压频率与正弦波相关;在正弦波频率大于三角波频率时,输出电压频率不为正弦波,且与三角波相关.
In this paper, a simulation model of inverter circuit for single-phase AC-DC-AC frequency conversion system based on IRF840 is proposed, and the frequency performance of the circuit is simulated. The simulation results show that when the sine wave frequency is less than the triangle wave frequency, the output voltage frequency is correlated with the sine wave, and when the sine wave frequency is greater than the triangle wave frequency, the output voltage frequency is not sine and correlated with the triangle wave.
