摘要
近年来非电行业中小型锅炉脱硝升级改造需求逐步增多,结合宁夏某厂6×75t/h循环流化床锅炉脱硝改造工程设计实例,详细阐述了SNCR+SCR脱硝工艺的整体改造方案,对工程设计中涉及到的催化剂选型与布置、分级省煤器改造等关键点进行详实的分析,并在此基础上提出了一些合理化的建议,以期为今后同类工程的设计和应用提供宝贵借鉴。
The demand of denitration renovation for small and medium-size boiler in non-electric industry is increasing in recent years. By taking the design of a 6×75 t/h circulating fluidized bed boiler denitration engineering in Ningxia as an example, the whole renovation schemes of hybird SNCR-SCR denitration technology are presented in detail, and the key points of engineering design are analysed in detail such as catalysts type selection and grading economizer renovation. Furthermore, on this basis, some reasonable advises are given providing valuable experience for the design and application in similar projects in the future.
