摘要 为充分挖掘低低温省煤器回收的烟气余热用于汽轮机的节能潜力,根据某电厂改造后的机组运行参数,应用等效焓降法计算了双路取水、双路回水低低温省煤器在变工况下的节煤量,进而得出此类型低低温省煤器变工况下的节煤量曲线以及最经济回水切投方式,可为采用同类型低低温省煤器改造的机组提供调试及运行参考。 In order to fully exploit the potential of the low-low temperature economizer on flue gas waste heat recovery to save the energy of steam turbine, equivalent enthalpy drop method is used to calculate the coal saving of dual-way water intake and the dual-way water return low-low temperature economizer under various working condition, based on operating parameters of a unit after transformation. Then the coal saving curve of low-low temperature economizer of this type under variable working conditions and the most economical return water switching method can be obtained. It can provide debugging and operation reference for units with the same type of low-low temperature economizer.
