摘要
降低排烟温度对于节能降耗、提高锅炉的安全可靠性具有重要的实际意义,低压省煤器系统在降低排烟温度和提高机组热经济性中具有现实可行性。结合某电厂330MW的发电机组,对低压省煤器热系统及热经济性原理进行分析,在保证机组经济安全运行下,对低压省煤器的联接方式、分水流量和进水温度理论分析和确定,并提出3种设计方案。根据矩阵法和等效焓降法对设计方案进行分析和计算,结果表明设计方案一优于其他两种设计方案。
Reduce exhaust gas temperature for energy consumption, improve safety and reliability of the boiler has im.po .rtant practical significance. Low pressure economizer system for reducing exhaust tem- perature and improving unit heat economy has the practical feasibility.With 330MW power plant, low-pressure econormzer heating system and the thermal economic principle are analysed. Under the Unit operation in ensuring economic security, the connection mode the flow of water allocation and the inlet water temperature of the low pressure economizer are theoretical analysed and determined, and three designs are proposed. Follow the matrix method and the equivalent enthalpy drop method,designs are analysed and calculated,and the results show that the first design is better than the other two designs.
