摘要
运用2005—2017年长江经济带10省市的高技术产业面板数据,在柯布道格拉斯生产函数的基础上,构建动态面板数据模型,考察长江经济带地区高技术产业集聚的专业化程度以及对外开放程度、R&D经费投入与人员投入、城市化水平等对区域技术创新的影响。结果表明:高技术产业集聚的专业化程度、R&D经费投入及人员投入、城市化水平等均对区域技术创新具有显著的正向促进效应,而对外开放程度则对区域技术创新存在一定的抑制作用。在此基础上,提出高质量发展高技术产业、强化高技术产业集聚,分区域推动开放,加大研发经费与人员投入,以及持续提高城市化水平等促进区域技术创新的相关措施建议。
Based on the high-tech industry panel data of the ten provinces during 2005-2017 in the Yangtze River Economic Belt, and the Cobb-Douglas production function, this paper constructed a dynamic panel data model to examine how the degree of specialization of high-tech industrial agglomeration and other factors such as the degree of openness, R&D expenditures and personnel input, and urbanization levels in the Yangtze River Economic Belt affected regional technological innovation. The result shows that the degree of specialization of high-tech industrial agglomeration, R&D expenditure, personnel input and urbanization level have a significant positive effect on regional technological innovation, while the degree of openness has a certain restrained effect on regional technological innovation. On this basis, it puts forward suggestions and measures to promote regional technological innovation, such as high-quality development of high-tech industries, strengthening of high-tech industrial agglomeration, promotion of opening up by regions, increasing the research and development funds and personnel input, and continuous promotion of urbanization.
