国际人才集聚的异质性科创机制研究——以中国36个主要城市为例 被引量:1

摘要 文章以中国36个城市为研究对象,从城市环境调节作用的差异性新视角研究中国城市国际人才集聚的异质性科技创新机制。研究表明,知识溢出在国际人才集聚对科技创新的影响关系中承担部分中介作用;中国城市国际人才集聚的两个异质性科技创新机制分别为高群组城市文化多样性杠杆机制和低群组城市人力资源总量的低端锁定机制,前者指当且仅当城市发展进入高群组行列时(文化多样性指数值>0.3),文化多样性成为该机制的显著调节因素。后者指当且仅当城市发展处于低群组行列时(人力资源总量指数值<0.03),人力资本总量成为该机制的显著调节因素,其锁定了国际人才集聚的科技创新成效处于低水平阶段。上述研究结论深化和拓展了国际人才集聚研究及其科技创新机制的理论和实践认知。 This paper selects 36 cities in China as the research object and studies the heterogeneous technological innovation mechanism of international talent gathering in Chinese cities from a new perspective of urban environmental regulation.The research shows that knowledge spillovers play a partial intermediary role in the impact of international talent agglomeration on technological innovation;The two heterogeneous scientific and technological innovation mechanisms of the international talent pool in China are cultural diversity driving mechanism in high-group urban and low-end locking mechanism for total human capital in low-group cities.The former refers to cultural diversity becomes a significant adjustment factor and leverage factor of the mechanism when and only when urban development enters the ranks of high groups(cultural diversity index value>0.3).The latter refers to the total amount of human capital as a significant regulator of the mechanism when and only when the urban development is in the low group rank(the total index value of human resources<0.03),It locks the effect of technological innovation in international talent gathering in the low level.The above research conclusions deepen and expand the theoretical and practical cognition of international talent gathering research and its scientific and technological innovation mechanism.
