摘要
植物提取物、益生菌、酶制剂、壳聚糖和抗菌肽等饲料添加剂因其低毒副作用及所具有的营养性和生物活性,已成为莫能菌素等抗生素的理想替代品。本文就以上5种饲料添加剂对反刍动物瘤胃发酵模式和泌乳性能的影响进行综述,为新型饲料添加剂的研究与应用提供参考依据。
Plant extracts,Effective microrganisms,Enzymes,Chitosan,Antibacterial peptide have become one of the ideal substitutes for antibiotics(monensin),because of their low toxicity and side effects,nutritional and biological activities.In this paper,the effects of these five feed additives on rumen fermentation and milk production performance of ruminant livestock were reviewed,which provided a reference for the development of new feed additives.
