摘要
为了研究德国弗莱维赫牛与澳系西门塔尔牛杂交一代母牛生长发育性状,试验选择德国弗莱维赫牛和澳系西门塔尔牛杂交一代母牛38头,对其0,4,12,18月龄的体重、体尺、眼肌面积和肌内脂肪含量的表型值进行测定及相关性分析。结果表明:德国弗莱维赫牛与澳系西门塔尔牛杂交一代母牛平均日增重、胸围和体斜长在0~4月龄断奶阶段生长发育最快,0~18月龄体重与体尺均为强相关,仅初生重与体斜长为弱相关,18月龄体重与眼肌面积、肌内脂肪含量为弱相关。说明杂交一代母牛继承了弗莱维赫牛泌乳性能好和西门塔尔牛生长速度快的优点,两个品系间的杂交一代在体型的胸围性状上杂交优势明显,而在体斜长的性状上杂交优势不明显,是未来北大荒乳肉兼用牛培育应该提高的性状。
In order to research the growth and development traits of F1 generation cows of Germany Fleckvieh×Australia Simmental cattle,38 F1 generation cows of Germany Fleckvieh×Australia Simmental cattle were selected in this experiment for the determination of weights and body sizes on 0,4 ,12,18 months old, and of ocular muscle areas and intramuscular fat on 18 months old;the correlation analysis was carried out. The results showed that average daily weight gain,chest circumference,body oblique length of 0 to 4 month-old F1 generation cows of Germany Fleckvieh×Australia Simmental cattle growed the fastest during the weaning stage. The weight and body size had strong correlation on 0 to 18 months old. Only the initial weight with the body oblique length had weak correlation. The weight on 18 months old had weak correlation with ocular muscle area and intramuscular fat content. The results suggested that F1 generation cows had inherited the advantages of good lactation performance of Fleckvieh cows and fast growth rate of Simmental cows, and the crossbreeds between the two breeds had obvious heterosis in breast circumference traits of body type,while the heterosis in oblique length traits was not obvious,which is a trait that should be improved in future breeding of Beidahuang dairy-beef cattle.
