摘要
合理分配碳排放权是碳排放交易市场有效运转并最终实现减排的关键所在。为了更好地研究碳排放权的初始分配问题,以钢铁行业为例,将拍卖分配方式引入碳排放权交易市场中,根据复杂适应系统理论(CAS)建模思想,构建竞争市场中国有企业与私营企业的双寡头博弈模型,利用Netlogo多主体仿真平台进行模拟分析,从而为我国碳排放权的初始分配和交易发展提供相应的建议和对策。
The rational allocation of carbon emission rights is the key to the effective operation of the carbon emissions trading market and ultimately to achieve emission reduction. In order to better study the initial allocation of carbon emission rights, taking the steel industry as an example, the paper introduces the auction distribution method into the carbon emission trading market, and build a competitive market based on the complex adaptation system theory (CAS) modeling ideas. The duopoly game model of private enterprises uses Netlogo multi-agent platform for simulation analysis, which provides corresponding suggestions and countermeasures for the initial allocation and trading development of carbon emission rights in China.
