苹果响应轮纹病菌侵染的分子机制研究进展 被引量:2

摘要 苹果轮纹病是子囊真菌Botryosphaeria dothidea引起的病害之一,每年造成重大经济损失,全面而深刻理解苹果响应该菌侵染的分子机制有助于采用有效防治措施。综述了苹果轮纹病的病原、侵染循环、抗病机制及防治措施等方面的新进展,侧重阐述与抗(感)病密切相关的基因及蛋白质,为全面理解该病害的抗(感)病机理奠定基础。此外,还讨论了苹果轮纹病菌的生防菌种,为预防性药剂的开发和应用提供依据。 The apple ring rot caused by fungus Botryosphaeria dothidea is a severe disease,which leads to considerable economic loss annually.Comprehensive and profound understanding of the molecular response mechanisms of apple to B.dothidea is crucial for implementing feasible control measures.To this end,this review summarizes the state of the research advances of apple ring rot,covering pathogen,infection cycle,resistance mechanisms,as well as disease control strategies.In particular,this review outlines the genes and proteins closely related to resistance and susceptibility,aiming to portray a clear picture of the mechanisms underlying resistance(susceptibility).Finally,biocontrol strains are also discussed with aiming at providing valuable insights for future applications.
