摘要
辅导员作为高校大学生管理的主要力量,对于培养学生起着重要作用,本文以普通民办高校的管理工作作为切入点,充分分析了当前新形势下的辅导员在学生培养中的作用,从而探究辅导员展开自我管理工作的有效策略。
As the main force of college students' management,counselors play an important role in training students. This paper takes the management work of ordinary private colleges as a breakthrough point,fully analyses the role of counselors in students' training under the current situation,and explores the effective strategies of counselors' self-management.
