摘要
目的研究丹参川芎嗪注射液对急性血瘀模型大鼠血液流变学及血浆中α颗粒膜蛋白(GMP-140)、血管性血友病因子(vWF)的影响。方法采用皮下注射肾上腺素复加冰水浴的方法,复制急性血瘀模型大鼠,观察丹参川芎嗪注射液对急性血瘀模型大鼠血液流变学及血浆中GMP-140、vWF的影响。结果与模型组相比,丹参川芎嗪注射液能够明显降低急性血瘀模型大鼠的全血低、中、高切黏度及血浆黏度,减少模型大鼠血液中GMP-140、vWF的含量。结论丹参川芎嗪注射液能够明显改善急性血瘀模型大鼠血液流变学指标,这可能与其下调血浆中GMP-140、vWF的含量有关。
Objective To determine the effect of Danshen Chuangxiongqin injection on hemorheology and plasmaα-granule membrane protein(GMP-140)and von Willebrand factors(vWF)in acute blood stasis model rats.Methods The rats with acute blood stasis were replicated by subcutaneous injection of adrenaline plus ice water bath.The effect of Danshen Chuangxiongqin injection on hemorheology and plasma GMP-140 protein and vWF factors in acute blood stasis model rats were observed.Results Compared with the model group,Danshen Chuangxiongqin injection significantly reduced the low,medium and high viscosity and plasma viscosity of whole blood in rats with acute blood stasis,and reduced the content of GMP-140 protein and vWF factor in the blood of model rats.Conclusion Danshen Chuangxiongqin injection significantly improves the hemorheology of acute blood stasis model rats,which may be related to the down-regulation of GMP-140 protein and vWF factors in the plasma.
