摘要
高校辅导员是高校思想政治教育工作的主力军,是大学生成长成才的领路人、点灯人、促进者,其职业幸福感不仅关系着学校德育工作、管理工作的健康运行,更影响着学生正确的人生观、价值观的形成,关系着他们的成长成才。在党的十九大报告中提出“中国发展新的历史方位——中国特色社会主义进入了新时代”,新时代对大学生成长成才提出了新的要求,也对高校思想政治教育工作提出了新的要求。本文基于对“新时代”内涵、意义、要求的学习,对高校辅导员的职业幸福感提升途径进行分析,旨在促进辅导员自身建设,以适应新时代的发展。
College counselors are the main force of Ideological and political education in colleges and universities. They are the leaders,lights and promoters of college students' growth. Their professional well-being is not only related to the healthy operation of school moral education and management work,but also to the formation of students' correct outlook on life and values,and to their growth and success. In the report of the Nineteenth National Congress of the Communist Party of China,it is pointed out that "the new historical orientation of China's development-socialism with Chinese characteristics has entered a new era". The new era puts forward new requirements for the growth and growth of college students,as well as for the ideological and political education in colleges and universities. Based on the study of the connotation,significance and requirements of the "new era",this paper analyses the ways to improve the professional well-being of college counselors,aiming at promoting the counselors' self-construction and adapting to the development of the new era.
