摘要
【目的】观察张家维教授“面瘫三线九点”埋线疗法治疗顽固性面瘫的临床疗效。【方法】采用随机数字表法,将60例顽固性面瘫患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组各30例;治疗组采用张家维教授“面瘫三线九点”埋线法治疗,对照组给予电针相同穴位治疗,疗程均为30 d。观察治疗前后2组患者改良Portmann评分、面神经肌电图波幅变化情况,并评价2组患者的HB面神经功能评价疗效。【结果】治疗后,2组患者HB面神经功能评价疗效比较,治疗组总有效率为96.67%,对照组为73.30%,治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,2组患者改良Portmann评分和面神经肌电图波幅均较治疗前明显改善(P<0.05),且治疗组的改善作用优于对照组(P<0.05)。【结论】张家维教授“面瘫三线九点”埋线法治疗顽固性面瘫有较好的临床疗效。
Objective To observe the clinical therapeutic effect of Professor ZHANG Jia-Wei's three- line and nine-point catgut embedding therapy for intractable facial paralysis. Methods Sixty patients with intractable facial paralysis were divided into treatment group and control group according to random number table, 30 cases in each group. The treatment group was treated with Professor ZHANG Jiawei's three- line and nine- point catgutembedding therapy, and the control group was treated with electro-acupuncture at the same points, the treatment of the two groups lasting 30 days. The changes of facial nerve function evaluation grading, score of modified Portmann' s Simple Scale and electromyography amplitude of facial nerve in the two groups were observed before and after treatment. Results After treatment, the total effective rate for facial nerve function evaluation grading in the treatment group(96.67%) was superior to that of the control group (73.30%), the difference being significant (P < 0.05). After treatment, Portmann scores and electromyography amplitude of facial nerve were significantly increased in the two groups after treatment as compared with those before treatment (P < 0.05), and the increase effect in treatment group was superior to that in the control group(P < 0.05). Conclusion ZHANG Jia-Wei's facial paralysis three- line and nine- point catgut- embedding therapy has better clinical effect for the treatment of intractable facial paralysis.
