摘要
在美国基础教育课程改革的进程中,学术、国家及市场三股力量一直贯穿其中。其中,学术力量以思想先行者的身份通过直接倡导、间接施压和资金介入参与课程改革权力博弈;国家力量以规则制定者的身份通过法律强制、拨款支持和官方威望引导参与课程改革权力博弈;市场力量以行动控制者的身份通过正向管理和反向倒逼参与课程改革权力博弈。三股力量在相互排斥又相互牵制中以"纳什均衡"的状态存在,借助科学主义道路解决社会问题,达成实用主义目的。这为我国建立多元权力主体共契的课程改革制度,实现基于社会主义核心价值观的课程生成逻辑自觉提供新思路。
In the process of the reform of the basic education curriculum in the United States,the three forces of academic,national and market have been running through it.Among them,the academic power participates in the curriculum reform power game through direct advocacy,indirect pressure and fund investment as the forerunner;the state power participates in the curriculum reform power game through legal compulsory,grant support and official prestige as rule makers;market forces act the identity of the controller,which involved in the curriculum reform power game through positive management and reverse forced.The three forces exist in the state of"Nash Equilibrium"in mutual exclusion and mutual restraint,and solve social problems by means of the way of scientism,so as to achieve the purpose of pragmatism.This provides a new way of thinking for our country to establish the curriculum reform system of multi-power subjects and realize the logic consciousness of curriculum generation based on socialist core values.
