摘要
建立了总有机碳/总氮单元测定水体中总氮的方法,并与国家标准方法测定结果进行比对。两种方法测定盲样和自控样品中总氮的结果接近于真实值,相对误差低于5%。同时测定了水库,自来水厂,南水北调泵站和污水处理厂水体中的总氮,两种方法比对结果相对偏差在5%以内。该总有机碳/总氮单元可用于环境水样的总氮测定。
Total nitrogen unit of a total organic carbon analyzer was applied to determine the total nitrogen in water sample,and the results were compared with the national standard method. Results of blind and control samples determined by these two methods were in accordance with each other,and relative errors were below 5%. Total nitrogens in reservoir,water plant,pump station of South-toNorth Water Transfer and sewage treatment plant water samples were also determined with the deviations less than 5%. The method with total nitrogen unit of a total organic carbon analyzer could be applied to the analysis of total nitrogen in environmental water sample.
