摘要
应用离子色谱法测定水中二氯乙酸,对盲样测定结果进行了不确定度评定。对不确定度的分析显示,其来源主要包括标准溶液自身、标准系列溶液稀释、曲线拟合过程和检测仪器等,计算各分量的相对不确定度分别为1.50%、0.405%、2.46%和1.60%。各分量最后拟合成标准不确定度,取置信概率为95%,包含因子k=2,获得测量结果的扩展不确定度,为今后水体中二氯乙酸含量的不确定度评定提供参考依据。
Dichloroacetic acid in water was determined by ion chromatography,and the uncertainty of the results of blind samples was evaluated.The uncertainty was also analyzed,the sources of which included standard solution itself,standard series solution dilution,curve fitting process and detection instrument.The relative uncertainty of each component was calculated to be 1.50%,0.405%,2.46%and 1.60%,respectively.Each component was finally fitted into standard uncertainty.The expanded uncertainty of measurement results was obtained by taking the confidence probability of 95%and the inclusion factor k=2,which provided some reference for the uncertainty evaluation of dichloroacetic acid content in water.
