摘要
随着高等工程教育的快速发展对高校工科教师的综合能力提出了更高的要求,如今高校工科教师的整体教学能力等亟待提高,政府及高校应考虑工科教师的独特性,从五方面有针对性的对工科教师进行培训,从而实现工科教师专业发展。
The rapid development of higher engineering education has put forward higher requirements for the comprehensive ability of engineering teachers in colleges and universities. The government and universities should consider the uniqueness of engineering teachers and conduct targeted training for engineering teachers,so as to realize the professional development of teachers.
