摘要
本文是在国家明确提出建设海南省自由贸易港的政策下对海南省高等教育的发展进行研究思考所完成的一篇论文,文中先是对胜任力概念的提出进行了概述,又在实证调查的基础上分析了海南省高校教师评价体系的现状及问题,并在文章最后针对海南岛的高等教育教师胜任力构建体系提出了部分观点.
This paper is a paper completed on the development of higher education in Hainan Province under the policy of the country clearly proposing the construction of Hainan Free Trade Port. The article first outlines the concept of competency and the basis of empirical investigation. This paper analyzes the status quo and problems of the evaluation system of college teachers in Hainan Province, and puts forward some views on the construction system of higher education teachers in Hainan Island.
