摘要
智能船舶的发展将会改变未来船舶的设计和使用,但是还有许多技术和经济、法律非经济因素制约着发展。结合智能规范在VLOC实际中应用,对智能船舶规范进行比较分析。
The development of intelligent ship and information and communication technologies will enable some of the most fundamental changes to the way ships are designed and operated.While there are still technical issues to overcome it’s the non-technical hurdles such as economic and legal considerations that will define the rate of this progress.Combined with the application of Intelligent Ship Rules in VLOC,the intelligent ship rules were compared and analyzed.
