摘要
茶炉在茶饮中是一种十分重要并有代表性的茶具。茶书中记载的明代茶炉其材质主要有铜、陶、竹三种,明代之炉的设计主要有似鼎和似灶两种,事实上明清时期茶炉常常被直接称为鼎和灶。关于炉中的燃料,明代茶书普遍主张用炭。当今时代大众日益追求闲适和精致的生活,研究古代茶书中的茶炉可对现今茶炉的设计和使用产生借鉴和启发的作用。
Tea stoves were very important and representative tea utensils.According to ancient tea books,tea stoves in the Ming Dynasty were mainly made of copper,pottery and bamboo.The design of the stoves in the Ming Dynasty mainly consisted of two types,namely the tripod style and the oven style.In fact,they were regarded as a tripod and oven in the dynasties of Ming and Qing.As for the fuel in the stoves,charcoal were mainly used according to the tea books in the Ming Dynasty Nowadays,people are increasingly pursuing leisure and delicate life.Thus,studies on the tea stoves in ancient tea books can provide reference and inspiration for the design and use of modern tea stoves.
